Sega (along with the fine folks at Gearbox) have released it’s first developer diary for it’s new Action-FPS Aliens: Colonial Marines.

This first video deals with the heavy task of creating realistic aliens. Go ahead and soak in the video below, and see how they’re doing.

Eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed an exosuit cargo loader being used at one point in the video by a fellow Marine…perhaps you’ll get a chance to hop in yourself?

Aliens: Colonial Marines is set to drop on February 12th, 2013.
