Bethesda has released a new trailer for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim‘s latest DLC. This new DLC expands more in the sim like qualities of the game. Instead of a new expansion on the Elder Scrolls’ lore and mythos, this adds a set of new features that will allow you to purchase land and build your own house, expand on that house and decorate it as you wish with the use of new crafting tools, and more.

Hearthfire will be available on Xbox LIVE on September 4th. Likely, a PC release will follow soon enough, a PS3 one is hard to predict, though, since Dawnguard has yet to be released on the system. Watch the trailer below.
